About Me
I am a Postdoc at the Oxford-Man Institute at Oxford University, where I am supervised by Álvaro Cartea. I have a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin, where I was supervised by Thaleia Zariphopoulou. I received my AB in Mathematics from Princeton University, where I wrote my senior thesis with Vlad Vicol.
Research Interests
Broadly, my research interests lie in using machine learning methods to understand and assist decision making in complex systems. In my PhD, I researched the theoretical and empirical behavior of machine learning algorithms in multi-agent systems from the perspective of dynamical systems. More recently, my work has focused on deep learning methods for optimal control, including deep PDE solving, time-series analysis, and learning to optimize.
